If you have experienced South-East Asian street-food then you have seen this style of utensil in use for the wok, but it can be used for any frying in any pan or for serving - it has a wide flat head which is ideal for moving ingredients around your chosen pan.
Ideal for stir-fries, noodles, rice and fried dishes, the width also allows you to use it to flip ingredients, like burgers or pancakes. The slightly flexible edges allows it to get in and around the edge of the pan while never damaging the non stick due to our gentle silicone. The stainless steel skeleton means it is strong and durable, and it won’t melt when left on your pan as it is heat resistant to 230°C.
